I know I suck in college football right now and I don't want this thread to be decieving in any way. For some reason I ran like god yesterday and killed NFL. This thread is my personal Road to 20K which means I'm posting all the plays I make. If you read this for college football (it is in the CFB thread afterall, but CFB started before NFL) then understand that I'm terrible at CFB right now.

But if you read it to see what I'm betting on, well, then you'd be happy I went 4-0 in NFL

Miami -4 -- $500 to win $454.55

Miami moved the ball at will last week against Florida St while GTech scored on a fake FG, a punt (kickoff?) return, and an 85 yard option on their 2nd play of the game (first play resulted in INT). I had GTECH last week and was completely mortified while watching Clemson actual run an offense and rattle off 27 unanswered points to blow the cover. With that said, GTechs offense is suspect at best.

Jacory Harris had all day to throw last week. I don't expect the Hurrican OL to do as well against a better GTech defense line, but Harris is quick enough to scramble through the best and will find time to throw Benjamin and Hankerson.

I'll post my Saturdays around 11:30 am EST. I usually spend Saturday morning watching College Gameday and reading other RXers opinions before I make my final decisions.

California (-13.5) v Minnesota

I'm taking California (-13.5) for $800 to win $761.90

This is my biggest play of the year so far. I'll have a writeup tomorrow on why I think this game is going to be a total blowout. Just wanted to make sure I got it at -13.5 before the public pushes it to -14 -14.5 tomorrow.

The Cal Bears are for real this year. With USC's performance at OhioSt last week, you can see that the Trojans are vulnerable. The Bears have a real good chance at winning the Pac 10 and going to the Rose Bowl this year.

As much as I love Tim Tebow and the Gators, I can't justify laying 30 fucking points in the SEC. Tennessee may very well get blown out, but 30 points is just too many points NOT to put a small bet out there. Lane Kiffin is turning the Vols around.
