Come on guys. How do you know that Pinnacle wasn't in a unique position? There could be many reasons Pinnacle pulled out that other books won't. For example, according to xpanda's article Pinnacle had a much larger non-US clientele than other books so they could afford to do this or perhaps Pinnacle had some US ownership that other books don't.

You could be right, other books could follow Pinnacle. But we don't know that for sure yet do we? We should stop the chicken little stuff until we know more. Otherwise it's just riling up people's feathers unnecessarily.
