That argument makes no sense. Dallas is 7-0 on the road (!) while they have lost their last 3 home games. So why would they have a good shot if they get home field? Which they won't. Seattle will be #1 and Green Bay #2 in my opinion.

That Seattle defense can of course beat the Patriots in the Super Bowl.

Just the argument that they are more likely to win at home is wrong if you look at this season. And they don't even have a huge home field advantage. Lots of away fans are always at their stadium.

They will lose a 3-way-tiebreaker with Green Bay and Seattle and would be the #3 seed. Dallas would also lose a two-way 12-4 tie with the NFC North champion, since Dallas can have an 8-4 record at best in the conference. They even lose a tie with Arizona. So the #1 seed is nearly impossible for them.
