50 minute rounds till the final table which will be 60 minute rounds
The prize pool is based on the number of entries and there is no guarantee, so no way to know the prize pool before then

$3k? How many people do you anticipate joining? If it's a single table then it's more worthwhile to just sit at a high stakes NL game...

true! maybe more sense to play the ring games.... this is the first time out of the gate with trying to do an event like this here. not sure what to expect?

the players that are coming from the states ( the hotel is going to be full, only have 10 rooms but all players) are mostly into the cash games. i dont know how many will sign up for the tournaments but am spreading the word amongst the local players.... either way its going to be a different format then the past venues in san jose. i hope with a big entertaining factor for all, even if you lose $$$.

i want to try to make this the first of two or three a year to be held at the hotel. so please come by and give me your input.
