NC State moved from +4.5 to +3 today - 4 to 3 within an hour before the game. This is a more significant move in my opinion.

Understand what you are saying numbers wise though from 4.5 to 3.0

It was only staggered because some books apparently wanted action on iowa state...pinnacle had -1 +111 on minny at 9:47 cst....which is essentially +1 on on minnesota. So Pinnacle had the full move long before some others .
