Mets off 18 inning Marathon in StL, can't usually score anyway...

then traveling to DC...all that hassle after a long long game...

Nats not exactly lighting the scoreboard up either of late...

seemed to have slumped offensively since Jayson Werth went down..

if so weird cuz he wasn't contributing a great deal....

I'm hoping Mets will be tired, score very little or no runs as usual and That Harvey don't get TOO Blown Up

just semi exploded

If it wasn't for the errors you would have covered both wagers....

It was brutally hot there last night!

I woulda covered both lol. As soon as Mets deeked us all, leading the world to believe that Harvey was coming out for the 8th then sending this doofus to the hill I literally knew at that moment my under was finished.

As the Universe does it didn't take it away till 2 were out then Duda (I think) with a cheap ass bloop single then Desmond BLAMMO.

Harvey himself with a 2 RBI single lmfao.

Judge would find Harvey 13% responsible for blowin' the over, Oil Can Torres 87% but award me nothing more than a stern lecture for playing a side + a under in the same game. Which I nearly never ever do. This was an excellent illustration of why.

Made an exception here specifically in part because I thought TORRES having gone 2 innings the night before would not be allowed to pitch.

Oh well, what can one do? Live and learn. Never ever play a side + an under, to do so just asking for despair.

Hope you enjoyed the game :toast:

plus actually of course Torres just cost me the PUSH...stuck at 7 for ever lol....since the top of the 4th I think so yeah...those errors but It was nice to get to vent about Torres. Mets Bullpen 4th best in the league (according to the announcer last night)...

minus Torres would have even better numbers!!
