I think the Big East is the best conference ... BUT
I don't think it is as great as everyone else does.

I think you have a few really good ones, but the problem is they have so many teams ranked, that when they lose one game against a top 25, they win the next game against a top 25 opponent. That allows everyone to stay top 25.

Just look at how long Notre Dame stayed in the top 25. That was a joke! Syracuse is a joke as well. Way overhyped from the get go (same with G'Town).

I think people get caught up on which conference is the best conference...I really dont care....Memphis plays in Conference USA and last year you could say they were the best team in the country....in football I still think USC was the best team in the country but played in a weak Pac 10...if not weak...then average at best....maybe its just me, I dont care about best conference...Im stuck in Big Joke.....errrrr Big 10 country....ask idiots around here and no one is better than the Big 10....its all regional....

In basketball it doesnt matter nearly as much as football because 64 teams get to play for the title, but in football it can be the difference between winning a championship or not getting a chance to play for one.
