Good season..I actually liked the coup-de-etat but agree the producers shoved alot of scenarios and manipulated many situations. I actually thought the show was great until we got to the final four....BORING!!
No problem with Jordan winning, but I think she was actually very hurt when Jeff said he MAY take her to Hawaii. If you caught the last words from the show as it was signing off Jordan said to Jeff laughingly "we had a showmance didn't we?" Remember many truths are told in jest. I think she was hurt as she had fallen for him. Anyways--500K will help ease the pain.
My wife echoed some earlier posters sentiments. Why don't they have a BB for the over 35 group as she is sick of the kids fighting crap...I said good idea and then thought for a second. Who the hell can take off 2 months (kids, jobs etc). I guess the unemployed and rich..

The bottom line is ratings. They don't care what YOU want for next year. They held a vote to see who would win the coup d etat so America's favorite contestant would take control of the house and America would watch the show longer. It was a good move for CBS to make for ratings.
Look for more coup d etat type stuff in the future, much more of it. Most of the people watching the show are women. So they are going to push the love/sex/relationship angle to appease their main audience.
I LOVE the fact that Jordan won. I was pulling for either Jeff or Jordan to win, and Jordan was who I really wanted to win. She was the nicest, most genuine person in the house and Jeff was right behind her, just a good guy. Not to mention Jordan was SMOKING hot. Despite being dirt poor, Jordan was the most genuine of all the contestants. She played the game with grace, and very few people have ever played the game that way. Jeff would be a fool not to marry that girl. She is a once in a lifetime type of woman, the whole package.
I was going to break my TV if Gnatalie won. She was one of the most annoying players I've ever seen on the show.

I agree with gtc that the cast was terrible. There weren't much competitors or eye candy. Remember that season with Kaysar, Janelle and that veto king that refused to go away(James) Now there was a great cast with eye candy and pleny of good competitors and drama.
Even the cast with Danielle and evil Dick was way better. They need to do a better job selecting people next season.

I think there is a lesson to be learned here for future contestants. If you are going to play the game like Natalie, you need to be charismatic and show a little humility at least in the DR.
Natalie had the charisma of a doorknob and showed no humility even after losing countless competitions when her ass was on the line.
I think a Natalie-type player can win and be liked by America, but they have to exhibit these traits.

Yes, you bring up some good points. Isn't it amusing how every season the hated members of the house think they are the good ones and liked by America and the others are ''evil'' and disliked. Maggie and them that other season thought they were so good and liked by America and they got a rude awakening. Jordan's endearing personality was a factor in her winning it all. I'm also glad she won a couple competitions in some tough spots so at least she earned it in that respect too.
