It's mind-boggling to me that the wagerers would favor Ponson on the road to Halladay, anytime, any place, anywhere. Geez. Is the Yankee mystique so strong to attempt to carry Sidney Ponson up hill on it's shoulders???

what an easy winner on Toronto. I played Toronto last night and just as I suspected people jumped all over New York as big underdogs. I keep saying it and it keeps being proven true - when you see people jumping all over these underdogs watch out. If I read once today I read 100 times that a "good New York team shouldn't be this big of an underdog" and "New York has so much value". What value? Halladay owns New York like a rented mule. Toronto has won like his last 6 starts against them at home and I believe Toronto has won 9 out of their last 11 vs. them with Halladay pitching. I swear I think people look for any reason to bet on New York. Do people not realize that their record is one game better than Toronto? They are not any better than Toronto and no way in the world are they even close to being as good as Toronto in a pitching matchup between Sidney Ponson/Roy Halladay.
