As mentioned before Joe Biden's slurring in the past. He's even slurred his way through a UN speech, embarrassing himself before the world in September. I'm not sure what it's due to, whether it's a function of his deterioration or perhaps due to medication. Of course, the powers that be behind the scenes at the White House won't ever admit all his issues and give us straight answers.
But add that to his general incoherence, and things just keep getting worse when he tries to speak.
On Friday, Biden was hosting leaders from the Western Hemisphere at the White House for the inaugural Americas Partnership for Economic Prosperity Leaders’ Summit. Biden couldn't even make it through the initial greetings without a problem, even though he was reading straight from notes.
He refers to the Canadian Prime Minister as "Prime Minister Joe" and then has to correct himself. I'm not sure what president he is referring to after that — and I'm not sure he knows either.

Not to mention that Biden claiming he's been working with communities welcoming migrants to ensure they can afford to welcome them. Even his own Democrats, like NYC's Mayor Eric Adams, have been furious with him for his failure to stop the influx or provide them with real help.
