July 5 (Bloomberg) -- Vice President Joe Biden said the Obama administration “misread the economy” when it forecast unemployment would peak at 8 percent if Congress enacted a $787 billion fiscal stimulus.

ARE THEY KIDDING ME? They "Misread" the economy? The financial system nearly collapsed a month before they took office, the unemployment rate was rising with no signs of stopping, housing prices were predicted to continue to decline, but they "MISREAD" it???? What a bunch of f'cking liars. No different than GWB.

They staged a sham "stress test" to lure investors into buying the financials, and now the rug is being pulled from below.
