It's more matter of principle. For $200 I'm not going to get worked up and go crazy trying to get paid. More important things for me personally to do. Some people may see it differently. If the guy says he'll pay give him a chance. He has paid before it appears.

Let's say for the sake of argument the agreement was as LTFL says, to roll anything under 1k. Player had a great beginning to the week and is now in excess of 1k. If player comes at you for a mid-week payout I think you should explain that this is not the agreement. If he continues to kick up dust (like he has with this thread), just shut his account off and pay him the full balance immediately and drop him as a player. This is not worth your rep getting dragged through the mud, whether he is speaking fact or not. I wouldn't dream of continuing to do business with him anyway, if what you say is true. Threatened you with IRS shit? Buh-bye.
