Love this about giving a book loyalty. I sign up to try them out, and the next week can't get into my account much at all. How do I owe them loyalty? WE are the customers. THEY try to get our loyalty. I haven't even gotten an e-mail or anything explaining what is going on. I have to post here, and still don't know yet. That isn't a great way for BHB to inspire loyalty.
We've heard people speculating that it is a DOS attack. But please note that Beverly Hills Bookie has never told us it was a DOS attack. When I've tried to log into a book under DOS attack, I never get in. When I log into BH, I'll get in once in awhile. That isn't like the other places.
