If wwts can't maintain operations through this, then nobody can be trusted to be able too. I've played offshore since the mid-90's and have seen it all. These outfits can make tons and tons of money without American $$ and why would they risk going to jail (in the United States). Lets face it , it is mostly Americans running these places and they want to be able to come home without fear of life in prison.
It is truly a sad sad day for American offshore players. You can ridicule me if you want and say I don't know what I'm talking about, but a true giant in the industry has fallen. There is nobody left to trust.

These guys were a D- for the past two years in sportsbook review if i'm not mistaken, they have stiffed people left and right, there customer service was really bad the past year, and you people are suprised; this is the perfect excuse for them to use on everyone, I hope i'm wrong, but I feel a stiff job on their biggest players.

They stalled me since Wednesday for a payout and then shut down their site today. I don't like how it smells.

Gentlemen, let me ASSURE YOU there is no difference between WWTS, WSEX, Pinnacle or Olympic - these are the 4 classic books of all time - who knows what happens now.

WWTS is a public owned company, Pinnacle is private, BIG DIFFERENCE!

Is wwts part of a publicly owned company?
site unavailable now

WWTS was part of publicly traded BetCorp. That may currently be in the process of changing.

if wwts is public i find it hard to belive our $$ is not safe, as that would hurt share value even more.

Guys - the bill has been signed for just over an hour.

Let's give these guys a day or so before we panic.

There are rumors of such, but I can't confirm or deny. I think we'll just have to give them a day or so & see where things land.

Not true I just got off the phone Customer rep from Guardian Guaranty. And said its business as usual at their book! It just seems strange that WWTS would shut down so fast as bill didnt even say much about online gambling Bush stated it was more about terrorism!

Guardian is a private book though. WWTS is publically owned. It can't be stressed enough what a huge difference that is.

Highroller, sir, you are wrong about wwts. I personaly know of literally thousands of transactions with wwts that were all on the up and up. Now because of the new law they feel that they need to cut relations with Americans. Until this week they never did anything wrong.

How will I get my $ from WWTS? Do I have to talk to my lawyer and file suit against WWTS? How long do I have to wait to take action? What luck I was starting to win and this happens!

What aggravates me is that it's not as though these people didn't know the bill was coming. Sportingbet and bet365 had money in my neteller account within hours. WWTS (which I have used for years) waited until after the bill was signed to figure out what to do? That's what leaves a bad feeling in the pit of my stomach. Not to mention it is Friday the 13th.

WWTS looks Fishy?

How is that every other book that I know of is up and running and WWTS shuts their site down? CARIB, SBG GLOBAL, SPORTSBOOK.com and other books are not panicking as of yet.
