Between-quarter betting in the NFL - who has these?

These are bets available when the first and third quarters have just ended, and before the next quarter starts, for betting on the second and fourth quarters, respectively.

Books that I know have these: Pinnacle and Olympic

Does anyone else offer these? Thanks

Yes, I was the marketing director for two years at Player's Club International in the Dominican Republic. (I came over to assume a similar position at BetEuroSport in mid-August). betPCI was only one of many, many companies that SecureBuxx flooded with bogus accounts since last summer. For our part, we tried our best to advise both customers and other gaming merchants alike of the dangerous business practices in place at SecureBuxx. Unfortunately, not everyone heeded those warnings.
