Did get the phone and had them do the payouts to the gift card and it was pretty quick and smooth. There is a 2% fee for loading the card but there is also the expense of FedEx'ing a check from the Cayman Islands. I am guessing this payout method is as good as any other offshore bookie's payouts

Also the 2% fee for loading the card is added to your Betus account as Bonus Plays.

GUYS STOP USING BETUS!

I don't understand it. Search this forum, search the other forums and look at the complaints at BETUS.

I've been with BetUS for about 5 years now. I've never had payout problems with them at any point up until the last 3 months. I hit a couple big college football and pro football teasers and took my account from hundreds into thousands. I requested a payout and filled out all the required paperwork (credit card authorization form, pics of front and back of CC and driver's license). I then uploaded all these documents and called BetUS to confirm they received. They acknowledged receiving. I then asked for a payout and was told they only do by the gift card now. I said that's fine, send me that. I requested on 11/25/11. It is now 1/10/12 and I've yet to receive anything.

I've called twice since my original request to ask where my gift card was. I've been told both times that my request has been processed and the gift card is on its way. Both times the person I've spoken with has been rude about it and acts put off by my call asking where my gift card is.

This place has turned into a piece of shit book. I'm done doing business with them. I'm now trying to "transfer" my balance from BetUS to 5Dimes by wagering on opposite sides and just taking the juice as a transfer fee. It's bullshit to work hard all season trying to grind it out and make money, and then this shithole book keeps you waiting way longer than they should to get what's yours.
How'd it turn out?

Bump, for any new info on this topic. I am looking for a new sports book to start a new BR and have used BetUS in the past and Bovada. I would like to stay away from Bovada because of super delayed lines and I'm also hesitant to deposit on BetUS. Any advice?

I've been staying away from BetUS since the big government lockdown that saw a lot of peoples funds locked and lost forever. However, Ive recently been receiving packets and letters in plain white envelopes (which is somewhat shady in and of itself) claiming $50.00 free wagers among other offers. So I decided to give BetUS a chance. Placed my $50.00 wager on the ONLY OPTION they give you, which was a prop bet on longest FG (+/- 44yds) in the Steelers vs. Panthers game. I took the over and hit. Account showed $50.00 after the win. I then parlayed the $50.00 winnings on another game, Monday Night Football. BetUS had +500 for Martellus Bennett scoring and Bears winning. So I took that bet. Won fair and square! There is no longer an option for bank transfer on payouts. It advises you to call a 1-888 number and speak with an account representative. So I did, and was given the run around instructions and options on how to receive a payout. At the end of the phone call, right before Im about to say thanks and hang up, the rep says, "Hold on sir, were your winnings won off of a promotional bet?". I said "Yes, I received a $50 bonus but have re-wagered the original $50" The rep then tells me I must bet $500.00!!! of my own money to be eligible for a PAYOUT?!! It doesn't say ANYTHING about betting 10X the bonus in order to be eligible for money that YOU WON! SMH ridiculous! The "manager" that was trying to explain this to me, was rude and patronized me several times. Needless to say I lost my cool with this guy quickly. BIG HEADS UP.... Don't use BetUS, not ever, not even if they give you free money, not if the world comes to an end an you need to make a wager to save the universe. It's not worth jumping through flaming hula hoops to get a Debit card 6 months from the time you win your wager. They take your money INSTANTLY, but you'll be LUCKY if they send you a debit/credit card months later after winning wagers. Real books pay up when they lose. Also half, if not more, of these posts on here come from BetUS employees. Even the ones claiming they are waiting on their "debit cards". Total JOKE and a total SCAM!!! Trust me.... Don't waste your time and money!!! I can only imagine how mad I would be if I lost MY money instead of BONUS money that they solicit to you. My .02
