I am having problems with them as well. I finally got through late last night but the guy said to call back during normal business hours because I was calling to confirm a withdrawal that I tried to set up on 2/16/05. Today the 800-818-1000 number returns a busy signal and the 800-599-1600 number puts me on hold for about a minute and then disconnects me. I have sent a couple of emails to customer service but gotten no reply. Starting to worry that I'll not only get stiffed on my winnings but also lose my initial deposit as well.
Royal is moving. This adminstrative hiccup is just that. A hiccup. I dont think anyone is getting stiffed but I will say I dont think this move went as smoothly as planned LOL. At the very least customers should be able to call and speak to a human being and see an accurate account balance in front of their face.
This book is scaring me, more and more each day. to say the least , i would not feel comfortable playing there as of now. way to unorganized, i think eveyone can agree.
I just logged into my account without a problem at all and have no wagers pending that I did not make..I think they announced they where moving a few weeks ago
Moving an entire operation from one country to another is an extremely complex project. Royal said earlier this morning that there had been a delay with one carrier who was in charge to re point phone numbers. FWIW I just tried their cs phone number and got thru right away.
