Who saw this coming? Poster droc comes from out of nowhere with a stellar 6-0 night to climb from last to first, helped out in part by patswin's failure to post his final 2 NHL plays. The final day was a real head scratcher to say the least as both soli and Akillies fell prey to the big favorite Vancouver leaving Akillies to settle for 3rd place, while soli hung on just enough to join droc in the 8-day Championship Final. Akillies will receive a $300 Bonus Play from BetPhoenix and patswin, even though he was disqualified, earned his way to the Final 4 and will be rewarded with the 4th place prize of a $150 Bonus Play courtesy of BetPhoenix.

what happened, i had 10 nhl plays last week.

i count 10 plays exactly, and also had 12 nba plays, what am i missing here? i should have enough plays right? 10 nba and 10 nhl plays each week. help me out, why am i dq'd?

The deal is your monday plays (NHL) were ruled 'no action' for having the incorrect rotation #. I have consistently throughout the contest ruled missing or incorrect rotation #'s as 'no action'. It was specifically pointed out in the standings the next day. A running count of plays per round are shown as well each day so if there is a discrepancy, it should be bought up immediately. You also had an NBA play on Tuesday not count for the same reason which reduced your actual NBA plays from 13 to 12. You seem to agree with that number so I don't understand why you were unaware of the NHL cancelled bets. Fact is, you are responsible for checking the standings to see if they agree with what you think is correct. It's unfortunate but I don't see where you have any recourse in this case.

patswin, really sorry it ended this way for you. No doubt about it, you deserved better. You came on like gangbusters at the end and it just stinks that there was miscommunication robbing you of a better outcome. An upstanding guy who is taking it like a man. I applaude you and wish the best in any future contests I run... you are a welcome participant.
