Ok, first off. I deposit $200.00 and was told I would get a $200 freeplay...I negotiated a 10 time rollover.....I asked if my horse wagering would apply towards the ROLLOVER. Alex the customer service rep assured me THE HORSE WAGERING would COUNT TOWARDS THE ROLLOVER. I THEN HIT A 3 TEAM PARLAY THAT PAYS $1200.00.

NOW HERE COMES THE SCAMMING, LIES, AND JUST AN OUTRIGHT SCAM FROM THE WORD GO.

1ST... I would now have to bet the rollover of 10x on the $1200.00 parlay...PLUS, I would have to rollover the $200.00 cash deposit 10x also. The grand total of the rollover would have to be $14,000....Now I said what the hell, my horse wagers will easily get that number. Now all of a sudden the horse wagers now dont count....You know what BetPhoenix...Blow me....Keep the money, as you were going to keep it from the very beginning. I get $300.00 in bonus money.....I go to bet a race at Finger Lakes....I want to bet the 1 horse in the 8th race at Finger Lakes. Betphoenix has the horse scratched. The HORSE IS FUCKING RUNNING and hits the board. I get a snapshot of the account....Betphoenix said I altered the snapshot....Fuck you JC!~~~!...I altered nothing. I asked that my wagers be cancelled... They refuse....

They are scam artists.....Really guys, stay the fuck away and go to Betjamaica and stay there.....Or go to 5 dimes....I will never place another wager in these Kangaroo operations.....

standard policy when new posters makes unfounded accusations, we will look into it.....

I would have thought he would have preferred to get some help with the situation, because often it's a lack of communication on both sides......I have assisted in many situations like this, as has Wil and other moderators, things can be fixed....

But when poster decided to sling mud and call people scammers and thieves right off the bat, that usually drops the odds dramatically.....

He's a solid guy......poster would have been much better off talking to him directly i'm afraid , rather than going this route.....Richard probably would have worked with him , even if the rules are posted and set....now, i dont know if he will or not..

I have already spoken to BetPhoenix.com regarding this matter and they will be addressing these allegations themselves. I have no information to post in behalf of either side at this point.

I do want to point out that we allow critical threads about our sponsors but we do not aallow inflammatory thread titles. Just a Man is a brand new poster and probably did not know that. I had to take down the thread for a brief minute or two to change the title to Rollover Dispute from New Criminals on the block.

As for the rest of this complaint...it is really a pure bonus issue only, and the rules were never unclear here with regards to rollover. I actually made a concession to keep this client happy by lowering the rollover amount by 2 times. I am looking at the horse situation now and will respond shortly with regards to that.

All in all we will address the item in complete fairness to the player regardless of the nature of the post made here.

Fwiw ........ A guy I know from another site had a issue with there payout policy .......he contacted them / Richard .......an was paid his 14 k .......the guy did not know there payout policy before it was requested .....it was explained an he was paid .......my point is speak to MGMT not customer service .......these guys treat me very good there .......

BetPhoenix changed their freeplay rollover policy to a multiple of the amount won a little while back. Probably something you should have cleared up beforehand.

That being said, it is a shock finding that out when lots of other books make it a multiple of the freeplay amount instead. Sucks.

Betphoenix is a solid book though; I'm sure you'll get things worked out, especially with theRX involved.

Definitely not a scam. Best book around right now. Good bonuses but you need to understand the rollover rules if you accept a bonus. Their customer service is also the best by far. I have a lot of confidence in Betphoenix.

Yes ... the guy cried about it and because he cried, he got his rollover reduced.

I mean, 10x rollover was excessive for a Bonus Play, but he signed up for it, took the money, won the free-play, cried about it and had it reduced.

He did have a case with the "horses", though.

So, sign up for anything with BetPhoenix ... come to the RX and cry about it ... BetPhoenix will give in.

In my view, BetPhoenix is being too nice. They have to stick to their rules ... unless they want a bunch of cry-baby shot-taking bonus whores wagering there. They are definitely a good book but for their sake, they need to stop giving in like this.

thanks for this thread, it seems as though bet phoenix doesnt have its clients at the top of their interest. Not the 1st or 2nd time Ive heard negative feedback concerning the PHOENIX. Just recently won a promo on here thru phoenix that calls for a deposit. Worried about putting money in a book that gets such a neg pub. Hopefully, PHOENIX, u guys get it together. Never seen such neg feedback from a book like this, not from betjamaica, thegreek 5dimes, etc, etc. Kinda puts BETPHOENIX behind the 8ball from the start. Is it deserved, well thats for each of us to decide. maybe they can change my opinion of them for the better the future waits. Regarding betphoenix's promos on therx, I ask myself are they for the good of you and I, kinda like betphoenix sayin thank you, or are they for the good of profit at betphoenix(make this deposit, roll it over 10 times, wait u gotta roll it over just 10 more times, kinda like them sayin f*%k you!!

Let me tell you guys....i have an acount at CRIS and just opened an account at Phoenix (they both use the same horses software) and it looks to me like an altered snapshot ...it says "Distance 1100" twice and says "purse $19,100" like three times. On a real screen it says all that only once. So if i was them i would have said the same...besides if he would have included #1 in thoses exactas he still would have lost, so i don't see a case. I hate guys talking crap about a decent book and playing the victim role on forums like this just to get something out of it.

Just wanted to chime in and say phoenix has been easy to deal with from my experience. When I've had a problem, it was quickly resolved with Richard. Great shop, reduced juice option and nice selection of events.

Some don't like the Bonus Play rollover, but I think it makes the most sense. Want to risk it on a 5 teamer, you know in advance your sitting yourself up for a huge number. Really, who else is offering bonuses near the amt phoenix has recently
