I played the free $50 hof game promo. I met the rollover, but they want a picture id before I can get my $ or even transfer it. Has everyone else encountered this?

yeah, many books require it.....u just show it once, however, and then you're good from then on..

Didn't they also reaquire a deposit before a payout.

No sir...there is no deposit required to receive a withdrawal on the free promo. However, a deposit would always be a nice gesture though.(<)<

sending an ID for a free promo is not that much to ask for IMO send it and get paid.
