I spoke to Ricardo that is still working at BetPanam and he is a Panamanian citizen. He is the only one still working there and had been asked by one of the investors to continue working there until thinkgs are sorted out. He told me that there was no need to hire Roberto or anyone else. He said that he feels the Panamanian govmt. will do the right thing here. He said that when people are paid it doesn't matter if they are with Roberto or anyone else. If they pay it will be everyone equally. Roberto has travelled back and forth to Panama on several occasions to try and get gamblers paid.
If a gambler chooses to pay him a small % of the money they retain because of Roberto's asssistance, I find nothing wrong with that...
No one is forcing gamblers to choose Roberto to help them to the best of my knowledge now are they?

I have not solicited people to be represented. In fact in these last hours I have contacted all remaining 55 players who have asked my support providing them with an overview of the situation and giving them 3 options to collect their funds.
Ricardo might not be aware that I have personally met with Betpanam's shareholders and negotiated a direct solution for owed players I represent nor the paperwork that the Junta, who has intervened because of the pressure kept on Panamanian authorities, requires.
Other than that, and as I have adamntly informed all players who have contacted me, people owed have 3 options, and I simply represent one of them.
8 players have been paid in full thru TOW, 29 have received substantial intallments ( higher than the ones other non represented players have received ). These are the fact.
Besides, as Ken himself has witnessed with his own eyes and ears....Roberto has done a bit more than what this guy Ricardo is saying.

Ivan, lets be honest. The damage Betpanam has created to the industry is wider than anyone would or could believe. Players are still waiting for their money and it is my opinion that they will get it back. Advertisers have been damaged by the fiasco and have lost more, much more.
Ken has done his part to help the ones in the frontlines get players paid. Once this saga will be over more information will be made public and people that made posts like yours will find themselves having to apologize with the ones you fingerpoint at.

As a side note, and please don't get me wrong Ivan ....I have two players that you referred to Betpanam....they are not happy with the fact you seem to care about the money you're owed, while they claim you have abandoned them.
I personally don't care, as my goal is and remains to get all players paid. Unfortunately I can interact with local parties only on behalf of the ones I legally represent. However, if I was one of these two guys that trusted you I'd be a bit pissed as well.
Not only that. They posted up, you "won" a free contest. They have real post up money at stake, you have "free" money at stake. See the difference ?
