More props for Betpanam. As a lot of you know – I am very discerning with whom I bet with. I decided to give Betpanam a try based on a few good reviews and personal endorsements. I have been paid close to 5 figures in record time and with no problems – and very recently had to deal with their management to resolve an issue.

They were a victim of the hacker extortionists this past weekend and their site was up and down and then down for a couple of days. I don’t want to get in to specifics but at the end of the day there was a discrepancy with my balance and after a series of discussions and emails we decided on a resolution that was somewhere in between our original amounts.

Considering that the amounts in question were pretty large – I felt that the fact that we were able to come to a solution without mediation or some type of loser on one end is exemplary management on their part. This is definitely a case of seeing both sides of the issue and I don’t think either of us was totally innocent or at fault here. Most of the confusion was due to the hacker attacks.

The bottom line is - I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BETPANAM! The only issues I have with them are very small and probably individual taste. Their upside is that they have reduced juice, great customer service, bonuses, AND PAY WITHOUT QUESTION. If this book stays the course they will be a heavy hitter very soon.

Good luck all.

No - nobody hacked the account. The security was fine. It was strictly a balance issue.

They also told me they would be more than happy to send it thru if i got more info about the different receivers!! Add that to the crappy customer service panam gives and i just said forget it!!

benstern - that is funny. WU tells you they are under investigation by the US govt? In a sovereign country? For what??

some clerk at WU tells you this? come on. you have got to be kiddding - why do you think ALL books use alias runners for WU.

Im curious - can you outline the "crappy cust svc"? I have had nothing but good experiences with them.

Listen SHILL,
I could care less if you believe it or not but it happened. Not only did i not get any help from that worthless c/s supervisor lizabeth but I had to eat the fees as western union would not put it thru uless i gave them the birthdate of the receiver and those momos at betpanam were not about to give me that. They helped not one bit when this arose and like i said before not only could not send the western union but had to pay out of my pocket for the fees when they sent it back...And yes western union told me STRAIGHT OUT that the person picking up the money wasa someone under investigation by the US GOVERNMENT and therefore western union was not responsible for the fees. I emailed betpanam asking why this happened and what they would do to at least rectifying the fact that i had to pay the fees ob something that was obviously their fault and guess what..i never heard back...Hows that for customer service SHILL????

All you had to do was call PanAm and they would give you a different name to send it! Then go back to Western Union and tell them you sent it to the wrong person, change the name and everything would be fine! Happened to me many times! There are alot of people on a black list overseas that are being watched , it will happen again no doubt! If you were able to recieve your funds back then you could've transfored it to a different name automatically!

Benstern - you sound like the type of guy that pisses on the floor and then blames the toilet.

You could have done about ten different things to get your problem solved and you did none.

Lizabeth happens to be one of the people I have dealt with - and she is very good.

A little story on these guys...

A few weeks ago I was looking for a specific line on a CFL game. I had already played that line at a few books for the limit but wanted more at that price so having checked all my funded accounts I was cycling through all my non-funded ones and the ones at a few books I was considering joining to see if that line was available at any of them.

I noticed some bad moneylines on the CFL games at BetPanAm (a book I don't yet play at but was considering joining). It was a slow day for me so I sent them a quick email about them. They replied back thanking me and offering me a free $50 account to try them out as a way of saying thankyou. It reflects positively on them as there are other books who don't even bother to thank people for helping them out by pointing these types of things out. While I never bothered to take them up on the free $50 offer, it did leave a positive impression of them in my mind.

batistuta - This Benstern character is a backer of the new Royal and is purposely knocking BetPanAm with false accusations for his agenda.
Just look at the dum way he described the W.U. union problem like it was really a problem that only betPanAm has.

Look at his sign-up date. Put 2 and 2 together and you will figure out what is going on with this poster.

neilm - That's because the 2 men that invented the original "Royal treatment" for customers are sitting over there at BetPanAm just doing what they do best:

Taking care of their clients!

They have arguably the best customer service out there, they honor their lines, and they pay PROMPTLY...

I'm not sure what planet this Ben guy is from - but I've heard him rip every book he plays at.

My experience with Panam has been very good

Over the last 2 years I've played at over two dozen books & Panam is 2nd to ONLY Pinnacle in terms of value. They have reduced juice & they have opiniated lines. The top 2 perks a book can have (outside of fast payments, which they also have).

IMO anyone with a pulse that understands the value of shopping should have this place as an out.

Solid shops ranked by VALUE
1. Pinnacle
2. Panam
3T. IIS
3T. Hollywood
3T. Canbet

Nothing wrong with an opinion guys. For the record JLS is exactly right, the government has several names that are on the list. Until a name gets coded the books have no way of knowing until it happens once. That can happen to any book and I would guess it has at least once to all of them.

The complaint about how he percieves customer service is his own thought. Even if mine is completely different I can't knock him for saying what he experienced.
