Betpanam put $50 in my account for informing them that the Ohio State HT line was still on the board 5-6 minutes into the 3rd quarter.

Since I had ragged on them for not even sending a Thank You note, I thought it was only fair to announce that they had given me a free $50.

Maybe I should suck up to them for the $50, but in all honesty, they did waive my WU fees for a withdrawal because they were 20 hours late in sending me my money.

BETPANAM has been getting rave reviews. Good to see another shop possibly evolving into greatness.

Cincy - good to hear it. When you run a big business no one can be perfect, it's only natural to get some complaints and unhappy customers from time to time. Still though if anyone would try to be these guys will. I know they go out of their way to accomodate a customer when they can.

Glad it worked out and thanks for coming back and being fair about it all.

Patrick,

I wasn't an "unhappy customer" because I didn't get a thank you note. I am more than happy with their service.

The point I was trying to make was:

"If I don't even get a Thank You note for mentioning the problem, I hope they don't expect me to email/phone them about a late line or a bad line if it happens again."

The service at BetPanam is great and had nothing to do with my complaint. I mean, if a book waives the WU fees on a withdrawal simply because they were less than a day late (20 hours, to be exact) in sending the money, what else can a player ask for?

PS: Before anyone comes back and says that the first WU withdrawal is free every month, let me clarify by saying that the withdrawal was my second one in September.

Huh.....thats nothin'. A couple of weeks ago I informed Carib that they had left their "first team to score" prop up and it was 5 minutes into the game. They rewarded me with a free $5 square on the Miami/BC game.....LOL

You can keep those momos..I wouldnt send them a nickle. They are all hype. I think its b.s that people pump up these jokers when you have such underated books on here like beteurosport who know how to run a shop. Maybe scotty should send his customer service department over to D.T and he can teach a class to them on how to run a book...

Ben - no one can fault you for having an opinion, or vice versa. That's what makes the forum what it is, takes all kinds to make a world. Different strokes for different folks.

I agree with you on EuroSport, very underrated book.

Patrick,
i agree with you. It just gets me a little that so many people hype this book when they still have so much to prove. Longevity for one. people want to compare them to the big boys but they havent even been around for one year. It just reminds me of how some people fell inlove with charlie/aces and mark/camelot etc...All i know is that i had a terrible experience in my brief time with them. to each his own i guess...

Ben,
I don't doubt your bad experience, but remember this book is new and, well, still human. They have gone out of there way to accomadate me - writing in bets well *almost in the bag* winners were pending, getting up lines upon request ...

... heck, when they were down their linesman sent me the whole prop schedule.

I can fully understand "the first impression", but I think you're missing out on some GREAT VALUE at Panam.

I'm serious when I say they are 2nd ONLY to Pin in terms of value.

GL to you.

lol- ok, gotcha. 3 Weeks ago a clerk was really nice to me at a book that I play at.

Lander,

You ever stop to think why the linesman sent you the prop schedule 'while they were down?' Yet another example of sportsbooks bending over backwards to service you. And exactly what kind of 'value' does this book offer?

Kosar,
Are you fuking slow?
They offer reduced juice & opinionated lines.

Anyone with twice the IQ of your 32 would realize it doesn't get much better than that

No reason to get all angry and vulgar, Lander. Was just asking your opinion about what this brand new book that has already gotten it's share of complaints offered that made you all giddy.

Now, I know it doesn't compare to your 7400 posts in less than a year(wtf?), but give me some props for getting to 500, holmes!

Does Panam give a free payout on Western Union for the 1st withdrawal or not?On their withdrawal page it says they will pay the fees up to $100 but then under WU section they state the customer must pay fees even if it is your 1st withdrawal due to the high cost of WU fees.Does anybody who has played there know which it is?

Last wihdrawal I made (Sept 24, I think), the FIRST withdrawal is free.

The second one made in that calender month costs you.

LANDER - ignore kosar. I don't give morons like him the time of day.

You have no idea how much I look forward to the next 500

yeah, the 7400 is a bit high, but actually 2300 of them were automated (i know 5100 is pretty sad too) ... I had 2300 posts before Ken banned me, so I wrote a program that posted for me all night until I was back to 2300
