I am still waiting for over 11.5 weeks for my remaining balance of just over $4000 at BetPanam.

On the weekened, I took advantage of Jake's offer at SportBet (good looking book) for the bailout situation. Where I had to deposit $4000 and he would match an additional $4000 cash with 10x rollover... Sounds like a deal!

However, I got this email from the manager Bill Walker:

Ivan,

We are still working our way slowly through payouts to everyone.

When we get back to your name on the list, I'll send the money to Jake
and the boys at Sportbet.

---------

What am I suppose to make of this? Mr. Walker can pay Jake and Sportbet of anytime he wants, but purposely made me made over 11.5 weeks to try to request my remaining balance from Panam?

I haven't posted sh*t about BetPanam for over 6+ weeks (regarding any negative publicity) but this is getting ridiculous.

Would like some info from Bill Walker?!?!

I got lucky winning a few bets and decided to deposit (you can check the hockey forum ~ doing quite well in the picks ).

But the most important thing is that BetPanam is finding excuse not to pay.

Ivan, I told you 8 weeks ago that you would NEVER see a penny. I wanted you to take that 50% offer that people were offering you!

But dont worry, either way, you were NEVER going to see a dime of that money anyway

IN THE OTHER THREAD

quote:
I have a couple of e-mails that was answered by Mr Walker...that turned out to be all lies.
YES I AGREE WITH YOU. MR WALKER IS LYING RIGHT TO MY FACE AND LAUGHING ABOUT IT IN HIS EMAILS (I ASSUME SO)...

mARC
A $4000 bonus with a 10 roll is a far cry from $4000 in the bank. Whatever deal you cut with Jake, has no bearing on your dealings with panam. Bill owes you the $4000, not Jake. And if Bill tries ikn anyway to claim that he now owes the money to Jake instead of you, it would simply remove any remaining doubt that Bill is a scammer and a thief.

YES I AGREE WITH YOU HERE. OF COURSE I WOULD TAKE THE $4000+ FROM BETPANAM THE LAST 11.5 WEEKS AGO IF I COULD. 10X ROLLOVER OF $80,000 IS ALOT... CONSIDERING I BET STRAIGHT UP, WHICH WILL TAKE PROBABLY THE ENTIRE NBA AND NHL PLAYOFFS.

I RECEIVE ANOTHER EMAIL FROM OUR GOOD FRIEND AT BETPANAM:

Can't I get a check or get paid a small amount from my $4101 balance?

SHOULD I ASSUME THIS MR. BILL WALKER IS GOING TO STIFF ME AND OTHERS WHO TOOK A BAILOUT AT SPORTBET AS AN EXCUSE NOT TO PAY?

Ivan,

Bill's reply simply corroborates what Roberto has been saying about the management at betpanam. They are nothing but thieves and liars.

I WAS SPEAKING WITH MARTY ON MSN AND THIS IS WHAT HE SAID:

quote:
AdmiralMarty at the Canal says:
A bailout is for people who get stiffed. If you took a bailout then what were you expecting? To double dip?

WELL OF COURSE. I AM BEING STIFFED FOR 12 + WEEKS, ITS BEEN SINCE THE SUPERBOWL FOR GOODNESS SAKES...WHAT DO YOU EXPECT?

IS IT STILL RIGHT FOR BETPANAM TO STIFF ME?

THANKS FOR AGREEING WITH ME. OF COURSE I WOULD RATHER HAVE MY $4000+ IN CASH INSTEAD OF DEPOSITING $4000 ($4000 10X ROLLOVER)..AND HAVING TO GIVE OVER $80,000 WORTH OF ACTION...ASSUMING I DO ROLL IT OVER (WILL TAKE AT LEAST 2 MONTHS - GIVE OR TAKE)...

_________

ivan,

that is the worst move you could have ever made. I wish you would have asked me before you deposited that 4k. What you did is useless now.. You deposit 4k to have your 4k.. Now you have to give 80k in action. Now seeing you are nto a line shopper and you dont have 23 books and probably have between 1 and 3 books, you will lose 4.5% of the 80k, which will mean that you will lose 3600 of your 4,000, which will only leave you with 400 clear. Now take away the neteller fees (if any) and the time of leaving your money there and taking into consideration of you risking your money if they stiff you and you will be really worse off now, leaves you off making nothing on this deal and still being out 4k, if not way way more if this books runs with your money.

Bottom line is, pls dont think that you have bailed yourself out completely because you haven't at all. You are exactly where you are now, even after getting bailed out.

The deal from Sportbet is NOT and I repeat NOT a bailout offer and it DOES NOT release fvkin betpanam from their debt they owe you. I got an email that Sportbet was offering 100% bonus to ANY new customers. You just got a good bonus dealing. Betpanam STILL owes you the money...tell Marty to kiss your A** and pay you!

Have you been paid yourself?

Its very hard for me to communicate to these guys (Bill and Marty) since they are never in the office to answer phones, and only deal through emails. I want to get paid, but I have no idea if I will since I took the so-called bailout and am in a supposed "double-dip" situation....

Ivan;

Dude, I have bust your balls in the past.... but I sincerely hope you get your money from PanAm. Quite frankly, I don't see that happening. It'd blow if you're out of tuition money becasue of some panamenian motherfvcker.

Sorry for your loss, bro...
