If a public company admits they didn't disclose a major debt in their statements to go public, that could open them up for a pretty strong lawsuit and likely lead to some firings of top management. I don't know if half a million is enough to cross that thresehold, but I bet all the newer managers they have hired in the last year or two don't want to find out where the thresehold is. Not an excuse not to pay a debt, but I can see why you aren't going to hear one peep out of them about it.

sherman, SHRINK is guilty as the rest of the posters. You hear people getting screwed over at Millennium, Royal, and MyBookie...etc. Posters send these shit books money anyway. I feel like I am beating a dead horse but as long as this happens, the power of the posters remains weak at best. When BOS robbed The RX poster "Craig" they just thumbed their noses at the forum community. In so many words, saying you degenerate gamblers can't hurt us.
