Betonline Poker message: There is another instance of poker client running..

Please close the other instance first before you attempt to start this client again.

Cant sign on my poker acct because of this message...anyone have any ideas? Talked to online support they said theyd get back to me have heard nothing...checked processes, cant find any evidence of another poker client being opened....thx in advance..Ed

Just close the instance and your good to go but you have to do it bfore starting the client again

I couldnt find another instance running in processes or anywhere else....I have XP so I just created another username on XP or whatever and now is working fine

I cant log on, anyone else? When I do get on it boots me right away. Pretty annoying as I am in the middle of a tourny and have yet to play 1 hand

EDIT: Something is wrong, I get booted but then it reconnects me but I cant see my cards. Also I can get onto other tables and watch them, so I am "connected" I just can't do anything. Also, the live chat isn't working for me either

yep ECS upgrading their servers, same thing happened to me, I got 2nd in my tournament and got paid and didnt play a hand...whats your poker name on there ECS? Im Dr Bellows
