Although, i am less than impressed. You cant even see what the number you got under pending bets. Like a placed a few bets before dinner, sat back down to see what number i had and you cant even see it under pending wager? Pretty imporatnt i would think

The live chat guy told me thats just how it is. Told me to login from the mobile site and it does work in there. I dont like the look of the mobile site though.

yeah i didnt ask for the chat person's name...i basically said i wanted the 100 FP for my 100 deposit and they said it was not an option and then the chat person said email freeplay@betonline with what I would like for a bonus....I deposited with the PTP and then the Visa gift method so now I am waiting for a reply from them

it looks like i was not the only person to have this problem with this bonus, i even verified in the live chat that the bonus was running and my deposit qualified for the 100 fp bonus, then they email me saying they can only offer like 25% fp bonus, this is just a bad experience with this book and ill never go back, so much for trying a new book out. it wouldnt be that bad if they had a rep tell me on live chat tell me id get the bonus then have the bonus people email me and tell me they cant give me the bonus
