I opened an account with BetOnline to make a hockey future bet. I deposited $100 using my MasterCard. My account was credited $93 and was told the a $99.99 charge would appear on my credit card bill. I understand the processor charging $7 for using the credit card. I just received the bill and I was charged $105.50 so in effect I was charged $12.50 for making a $100 deposit. I was also charged $3.16 from Bank of America for a foreign transaction fee. I'm going to pay the bill and not dispute it but the processor Peerbartok out of China is not honorable. They in effect double charged me fees for same deposit.

Contact betonline with your statement pdf or whatever and more than likely they might consider to cover the fees.

The foriegn fee charge has nothing to do with the processor. That is your banks rules
