Predictably, it was not fixed this afternoon. Nobody in their right mind would move datacenters during peak hours -- not sure why the CS rep would even bother telling just BS.

V.Wager is working on restoring their entire data base.


I wish the RX could restore their data-base and get all threads from the 90's and early 2000's back.

ive been out of TCbets for a 15 months now (they asked me to leave after I won some dog races LOL).

anyway, they had EXACTLY the same lines, same exact props and exact same nubmers than V-wager for a couple years.

I know as that was the best way to get over my TCBET limit is to wager at both places. Exact same numbers and they wnent up and were off the board at the exact same time.

Again not sure in the last 15 months or so.

They were also located in the same building and I think shared some staff on EMAIL responses.

Still no resolution to the missing data problem. The $3k in futures wagers I had pending go off in a few hours (academy awards). What pisses me off the most about how betmill is handling this is they are refusing to e-mail me a list of my missing pending wagers and refusing to acknowledge in writing they will honor them. Why is so hard to answer any of my e-mails requesting the put that in writing? In fact, why are they not answering my emails at all? All the verbal promises made in the world don't mean Jack-shlt and I am getting damn tired of explaining this situation from the beginning to a new phone clerk every time I call.

Very disturbing and very unprofessional job by Betmil.

Migration status

My name is Matthew, and I am in charge of the migration of the VO brands into the BoS environment. We had a very smooth transition and one of the few remaining segments of data to migrate is the pending wagers.

Please be assured that ALL wagers are accounted for and as soon as we have migrated the data, all wagers will graded and all accounts will be properly credited. We value all of our clients and are working to complete the few remaining migration issues as quickly as possible.

Just to further clarify. . .

We definitely apologize for the inconvenience. . . This was not a BetMill problem, it was just part of the migration. I spent a full 6 weeks planning this migration and because of that, the migration literally took 4 hours, including all database backups and physically moving some servers.

The tradeoff for trying to ensure a successful migration in a very quick time was that a few things were left to be handled after the migration was completed. That is what I am working full time on now, and my first goal is to get the pending wagers that need to be graded, graded. My next goal is to get all other pending wagers into the system so that future wagers can be graded immediately.

Migration update

Just a follow-up to the outstanding future wagers. . .

All outstanding wagers up to and including the Oscars have now been graded and applied to our client's accounts.

There are still outstanding future bets that need to get imported into the new environment and I expect this to be done over the next several days (we have thousands of wagers, so this will take some time). If any of these future come due during that time, they will be manually applied to client accounts, just as these have been.

Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience. We attempted to migrate our environment in the fastest, safest way possible, knowing full well that some wagers would still be pending and that we would have to process these manually.
