betjamaica?

I have used other books for a long time. Tonight I tried betjamaica. I registered and wanted to deposit. The website directed me to a phone number. No probem....The phone number has been busy for the past 2 hours, email response has also not happened. I have deposited at another book since betjamaica does not want my money. I would like to use them in the future, are they usually horrible at customer service?

I've been using BetJamaica for a good year now and haven't had any problems yet.

They usually close by midnight eastern time, and reopen by 10am eastern. When line is busy that usually means their closed.

u can do both over/under and moneyline...but for college foots and football wont be out till a few days prior..or day of at worse case.
