Betjamaica update

There was a post the other night asking for peoples experience with betjamaica. Just to let all know i put in for a withdrawal this morning and was emailed the fedex number within 1 hour and i just checked the fedex website and it will be delivered tomorrow by 10 am..pretty impressive i must say, And shayla who i think runs c/s is great and very professional. will be sticking with these guys..just thought id let the board know of the good experience as usually only complaints about books are seen on these boards and it thought it would be nice to give props as well

I posted up with them on Monday and must say I am not impressed at all. I used Western Union which went fine but - They are late in posting most of their lines, US Open lines are not up til 9:30 in the a.m., no college football totals yet, and the responses from their customer service clerks are poor at best.

I am keeping an open mind and obviously hope their payouts are timely, but the customer service has a long way to go so far.

But they are new and I am willing to give them every chance.

good feedback stol...I hope they are watching this and will change...im waiting a few weeks before passing judgement I want to see how they handle the RUSH of nfl and ncaa

just to update..fedex came knocking around 10:30..little less then 24 hours since i put in for a withdrawal from them and its here already...one thing to say:

benstern - Shayla is one of the BEST c/s and phone clerks out there. Not only is she a PRO but she is INFORMED on what's going on.

It's PRO's like Shayla that are part of Scotty's crew that WILL set them apart from ALL OTHER so-called customer service departments.

And to top it off (I met her once) She is very CUTE! A Babe! (not that that matters but just thought I'd let you know)
