Man, you are one of the people in the review section that praises them. There site take alittle getting used to, but after awhile it becomes second nature.

There server issues are improving. The slowdowns on Saturday and Sundays are not nearly as bad as it was in the past.

Thier new site wont work w/ my T-Mobil SidekickII...so there is no reason to play there. I hate having to call in bets to anyone, thats why I liked the BetJam site but am looking for another since their ATM card is now no longer.

Im not positive on the max payout, but I requested a payout today at 2:00 and got the conformation number at 3:00

I'm rapidly switching venues from the sportsbetting.com books (sportsbook, sportingbet) etc etc.........

I deposited into BETCris for their debit card and tonight will be looking into BETjm especially due to scotty's response on this forum by not accepting slow withdrawals.

This BAD NEWS post turned into a GREAT NEWS post very fast because the book in this case is looking after their costumers.

Good point. I've worked and dealt with some businesses who took the "close enough" attitude in regards to quality and customer service. Good to see the proactivity, especially in this climate. First year w/ BetJam, and this response and attention to their clients shows me I made a good decision.
