I was asking the lady a minute ago "where can you find the contest that is being advertised on therx site for NBA" and rather than responding with "I have no idea, you may need to contact someone else," she completely just doesn't answer after waiting like 20 minutes. Ok I'm done stressing.. I no longer use Betjm, thought about redepositing there but hell, this just reminds me of how crappy their actually reps are.
just to give you a heads up... don't talk bad things about betjam here... friend of mine who used to be a member here at the rx talked shit about their service and Scotty saw the thread he made and his betjam account was closed and he got banned from rx.... i belive he contacted wil to see why he was banned since there are so many people complaining about other books and nothing happens to them... wil just completely ignored his e-mail...their customer service stinks... point blank!
i think you mayb referring to when you chat with them online.... they are chatting with you while they talk on the phone with other customers at the same time.... one time i was asking question by using live chat and she didn't respond me back quick enough so i typed ??? and she asked me to hold on since she's talking to another customer on the phone....It wasn't about the question that I was asking, it's the way they respond... Like I said, they could have said "hold on, let me see" or "i have no idea," instead of completely ignoring my question and even when I asked if anyone was still there, got no reply. That my friend is CRAPPY CS. This is not the only instance that I've had problems with the crappy CS girls who answer the phone. I agree though, Scotty is a classy guy.. he just needs to find better CS reps.
