I accumulated some BGD points about 4 years ago but never used them and havent used BGD since.......I logged in to the account today and I have no points.....do they need to be used by a certain time or what?

It wouldn't surprise me, especially if it was a zero balance account. After 4 inactive years, I'm surprised you still have an account. I figured everyone would "prune" off empty inactives every few years....especially if it sat there with a zero balance & zero activity for that long.
