Betgameday has offered me the worst customer service ive experienced in my time of online gambling.

I have played at Betgameday for a while and lost a bit $500 or so. Anyways until this point i have been very pleased with service and lines, the book in generel. I have 2 friends that are intersted in trying out online gambling and i suggested they should try out betgameday. Now a week ago i went into their live chat and asked them about their referral program. I was told that for being able to get the refer bonus all u had to was claiming it from live support. Next day did one of my friend sign up. After his sign up he went into the chat and told them that i was the refer person. He was told back that my name wasnt the name he had written in refered when he signed up and instead a was a very strange name. He hadnt filled in any names because he simply couldnt see any where to write it in when he signed up, also i just told him to go into chat jsut after signing up (because i was told it worked that way in chat the night before)

Anyways now i went in the livechat aswell, and after some arguing the customer representant could use his logical sense and see that since both I and my friend was in there just after he had signed up it was clearly me who had referred him. I was told that my refer bonus would be credited the day my freind had fulfilled the wager for the sign up bonus.

Now today, after my friend has fulfilled the wagering demands i went into their support again to claim the referrel bonus. I was now again told that is wasnt my name that appeared on the refer list. (this should have been sorted out a week ago) Again i had to explain them the whole story and also i received my friend by messenger and he went in there as well.

Now again we both were in there and telling that i was the referrer. After some talking the representant sudddenly wrote this:

"ok sir the Manager just informed me that the 10% referral bonus only applies to customers that lives in the United States"

Now first of all it says nowhere that their rules are like that, and if they were why wasnt i told the night i went into their service asking about how their referral program worked.

2ndly Why was i told that everything was cleared out on the first occcasion i experienced the problems with the referral bonus?

Can't u really trust anything in this world of online gaming? I did wager at Betgameday because i thought they had a solid reputation.

Now i just made a cash out of my last accountbalance, and it wouldnt surprise me if i never receive it too.

Hello RPM,

To me its not the money issue that its important but it is the reliability of the book. But i appreciate your offer, who knows maybe ill be in need of your assistance sooner or later.

I have received this from the manager at betgameday who obvious think im a professional gambler because i have referred 1 friend and lost $500:

It always fascinates me how you folks take this stuff to the forums before ever speaking with a manager. You have emailed me your post from the forums, which I have already read there.

That being said, the forums are a great tool for the player, and if you do your research on BetGameDay, you will find that a player has never gone unpaid - you will be no different. If you have requested a withdrawal, you will be paid.

As for your referral bonuses, I can follow the chain of you and your friends referring each other on forever. We offer incentives for people who intend to give us a fair shot to do fair business with them, not for people like you to exploit. I hate to put countries into categories, but this is why many sites do not allow bonuses to players from Denmark, because this is what we get, over and over again.

This is so screwed that its almost funny.

Ups didnt get it all at first shot, hers the rest:

I would point you to our rules section :
GameDay reserves the right to refuse a deposit bonus to anyone at any time. If you have any questions as to your eligibility, please contact us.
Our bonus program is intended for recreational bettors only. Professional players or players considered to be abusing the bonus system by any means may have bonuses revoked at the discretion of GameDay management.

I wish you a good day sir.

I had a problem with this book as well, and I have never played there since. I will never play at Gameday again because they simply are not an honest book. They are known for booting winners and pulling shit like this.

Its funny to me how he said " It always fascinates me how you folks take this stuff to the forums before ever speaking with a manager. "

Funny. I called Gameday with my problem before taking it to the forum and he pretty much told me to F *** Off. Then I took it to the forum and when General called him he did a total 180. Hmmm, I wonder why players take their problems to the forums ?

oh, now we are judging a player by the country they are from.

What a crock.

What's next? We offer bonuses only to those who bet at least half their bankroll on each game?

I'm sure there is more to the story than what is listed above, such as the player's background.

But you know what?

It doesnt f***ing matter.

OFFERS ARE OFFERS AND RULES ARE RULES.

As in any business, an offer should be honored according to the rules which should be clearly stated. This should be BLACK AND WHITE, CRYSTAL CLEAR. There should be no judgement calls, no welching because of a person's home country, average wager size, or frequency-

UNLESS THESE ARE STATED IN THE RULES ATTACHED TO THE OFFER!!

If you run a book, get a clue. A large portion of the players out there are going with you for the bonus you offer, isnt that the reason you offer them?? Personally, I dont even pay much attention to bonuses as I'd rather be sure the shops cut checks- but I have friends that do like to know which shops will give them incentive. If I sent someone to a shop that promised something, but didnt deliver, that would start the business relationship off on the wrong foot. That would make the book look bad, THAT WOULD MAKE ME LOOK BAD!! AND I WOULD WITHDRAW FUNDS IMMEDIATELY AND TELL ALL ANYONE I COME INTO CONTACT WITH MY ADVICE.

I typically send 3 emails to a book if I have a problem. If the problem is not corrected by then...

So far, so good.

If a bookmaker hangs a line it should be honored. If the bookmaker feels it was a bad line, then the player should be notified at least 30 minutes prior to the event so that he/she can shop elsewhere if need be. This bad line BULLSH*T after the fact is ridiculous. Several times I have placed a bet in error DAYS before a football game, on the moneyline instead of ATS, and called the book to see if I could have this changed- before any line move- and the answer was always "NO, WE CANT ACCESS YOUR ACCOUNT- IT IS FOR YOUR SAFETY..." yeah, right.

Just my thoughts, and I sure wish this industry was regulated, which is why I deal with so many books that are.
