A player who has demanded his winnings, after waiting over two weeks, was told by CSI that they may report his gambling transaction to authorities. Management tells player: “Keep in mind that you have performed online gaming in your jurisdiction. To which judiciary agency should we report your transactions to…State or Federal?” CSI is a no-pay sportsbook attracting players by telemarketing with promises of speedy payouts.
