I know many people here are pro betCris, but I’m having a problem with them. I recently made a deposit where I was given a match play bonus. Now I’ve had to call three times to receive this bonus. I hate, hate, hate, begging for a bonus that should have been put into the account as soon as it was opened. I know I will eventually get this bonus, but should I really of had to call them 3 times (so far) to get it. I’ve never chose a book based on the bonus, but I do take it if it’s given. I know this is a small problem in the grand scheme of things, but come on, if they are going to consider themselves one of the premium books they shouldn’t make people beg for their bonuses. Just giving my 2 cents.

That's a good post and BetCRIS is not alone. Almost all books fall short on this one. I love the books where you make your first deposit and an hour later you got your bonus.
But most like you to call in or send an email so they can verify who you are. I guess that's kind of a bounus whore byproduct. But to have to call 3 times is way over the line. CRIS is a great book, ask to speak to a supervisor and tell them.
