Thanks for the help, Wil. I appreciate it.

Had to give real # when getting a payout. That's not the point. They should honor your request not to f**kin' call when I asked them nicely--the first time.

Catsfan, if they took over your balance from Richcoast and screwed you over, I'd say NEVER, EVER play with them. Plus the fact that they are out there cold calling people, I'd have to rate them as one of the lowest sportsbooks out there. I can tell you first hand that guys with families absolutely HATE the cold calling from sportsbooks.

Wil, why would someone even have to say they are from the rx? Can't they just honor these peoples requests? As someone else said, their behavior is COMPLETELY unacceptable!

Calling up customers is simple everyday marketing in many many kinds of businesses and there is nothing unacceptable about it. There is a very easy fix for players who do not want to be called by CRIS - I've posted it twice so far in this thread.

Literally 30 seconds ago - Jesse from cris just called me.

I asked him why they keep calling me and he said because its his job. I aksed if he had a job of monkey fucker would he continually fuck monkeys. He said yes. He told me this was a courtesy to his players.

Then I told him my promise to Cris that I made about a year and a half ago. That I would send 20K to them to play if I didnt receive a call for 6 months. They havent been able to go 2 months.

Then I told him that I have his phone number on caller ID. It is 786-522-1057 and that I would be calling him in a month and remind him to pay his electric, water, and phone bill as a courtesy. He didnt like that. But I am going to.

Thank God these guys are being courteous by thinking about us.

I wish they would call me. Iwould tell them that as soon as they pay me the $939 they owe me I would sign up with them. But I know they don't have the integrity to do that. CRIS is not deserving of the A+ rating that SBR has given them.

Wil, I think its the way they go about doing it that pisses people off. Plus, past customers tell them not to call them and they continually do. Sounds like catsfan and others have even been ripped off by them. For these reasons, I'd say NO WAY would I ever use Cris as one of my outs. Many other decent books out there.

In all fairness, Catsfan's situation is little complicated.

CRIS bailed out the Rich Coast players when RC went belly up. Unfortunately, CRIS was given the player account database as of Monday-and the transfer was not finalized until Saturday.

Catsfan had won $939 during that transition period, and CRIS was apparently unable to confirm these wagers.

It's an unfortunate situation for Catsfan, but it's not fair to say that CRIS "owes" you the money, because access to the records may be out of their hands.

I have a print out of my plays. I would be more than willing to share that with CRIS.

So TTinco, he has his plays all documented with ticket s #'s etc. and has a printout but CRIS refuses to pay him his $ after they took over Richcoast. You call that fair for the player?? I'd say CRIS is screwing the player over but that is just my opinion.

Wil/TTinco, in the case of Cats Fan, is there a reason Cris did not give him his money due him when the transfer was finalized on Saturday?? In this case, Wil, are you telling me there was no way he can or should be given him the money that was suppose to be his when the transfer occurred. I know if this was me, I'd really be pissed off that CRIS didn't give me the money that was due. You would think that if CRIS is such a top notch book, it would at least give him the money in his account and let him play with a rollover.

Sports Junkie,

The amount catsfan mentioned is related to wagering activity between 12/27 and 12/30. RCS web site remained available in those dates but unfortunately negative information surrounding the the sale of assets made the initial party back out.

BetCRIS finalized the purchase on 12/30 and acquired RCS database as to 12/26 (first cut off date). This was a contractual stipulation between the seller and the buyer.

While a handful of players found themselves in the same situation catsfan reported, a larger number benefited from having their balances reinstates as to 12/26 since following the wake of panic a number of players had tried to scalp their balances out of RCS.

BetCRIS shall not be blamed at all. The ones rooting for RCS failure that caused the first deal to go south are.

This seems to be more complicated than I read. Wil, I understood your part but what about the player having printout and ticket numbers of winning plays? This is the part I am questioning. Is that not access and documentation that the player won but was not paid? It just looks like people are siding with CRIS and not caring about the player. That's just my perspective from reading this thread.

Any text / web page document is very easily forged SJ. Not saying cats did it, just why a book would be cautious.

I never thought about it from that perspective. Couldn't ticket #'s be verified if he had winning plays/tickets?

The issue is complicated by an uncovered time span (Dec. 27 thru Dec. 30th.) that neither Richcoast or CRIS were actually booking bets made into RCS software. Catsfan, who won, natrually wants to get credited, most likely there are others who lost during that time and have not come forward. Should CRIS have to only pay winners and not benefit from losers? Natrually I want to see Catsfan get credited his money, but this may be one of those no win situations that occur when a book goes out of business.

Cats, I can appreciate you are a little bitter but anyone looking at this objectively can't really blame cris for this. As far as the phone calls are concerned, like any calls that come at unwelcome times they can be annoying. But, if its a decent book and the call annoys you, punish them by making them give you a bigger bonus....:103631605
