do they offer this to everyone?
in the past, its worked for me when i submit my redemption online.
but now, it says i have to call them as there is a problem w/ my request.
do they boot you out of the loyalty program after you win x amount of dollars from them?

If your trying to redeem for a Bonus Play for some reason you have to call and call until you get the right person.This happened to me during baskets and it's frustrating but they will straighten it out.They need to send their operators to betjam to learn cs.

Any Rxer after trying to go thru normal Bookmaker.com CSD channels that still has an issue with their loyalty program (or anything else) is urged to email me at wilheim@therx.com back-up person19481950@yahoo.com and I will make certain that your problem is looked at by the Bookmaker.com CSD supervisor.
