Glad you got a payout on the Bonus Play. Some of us actually posted up real money and could not even place a wager. Richard was always responding to our troubles but has not lately.

That says alot about a book. A good book always takes care of their clients, especially those that post up and not just enters their free contests, during bowl season or playoff NFL week. I will never play with this piece of shit book.

This book thinks that by giving you a Bonus Play they should get a pass on their F*k ups. Give everyone free money in their account to make up for your downfalls rather than a freee $25 6 to 1 odds wager that most are not going to win and if thery are lucky enough to win they are don't have to met a rollover and they have to leave the rest in the account where it is lost forever.

Mean while Richard is enjoying hos holiday's even though most of us are struggling to just place a wagewr on his screwed up book that is always in net trouble during crunch time.
