Bet Las Palmas

Just curious as to what many of you think about this book ...

From the time I have been with them, which is just about a month, their customer service has been excellent, the website is mediocre, especially during high traffic, but they offer a wide variety of lines and grade the wagers very quickly.

All in all, it has been a real pleasurable experience thus far with them for me.

Just curious ...

I think the most common complaint is how crappy their software really is...

Other than that, it's a good book, part of a well managed family of shops.

Las Palmas is one of my favorite books. Some may think their limits are too low, but they are fine for me.

They've been one of my main outs during basketball season.

I like them. Moneylines on lots of sports with some unique prices in the mix.

I agree they do hav esome nice lines. BUt they were having website problems long before the DOS attacks began, and they never really did naything about it. As others also pointed out, thier limits are low, even if you call. More importtantly is that they hate people who withdraw when they win, and redeposit when they lose. I remember when I had a huge winning streak, and I wanted to get my money out, because I was having problems accessing thier site. SO everytime I'd win 2k or more I withdraw it. Eventually I wihtdrew all my funds. Then when I heard they had made some changes to thier site, I try to log in, to see what changes had been made. That's when I found out they closed my account. When i asked why, they said its because they prefer cusotmer who leav their winnings in thier account.

My only complaint with Bet Las Palmas thus far is their web site. Everything else seems to be really good, even their lower than normal, limits.

Bet Las Palmas is one of my favorite books. I have called them to bet over the limits on occasion. Over/Under MLB Win Totals limit is a dime. Thats double the limit of Pinnacle or Olympic. I recommend them highly.
