Marc,
Just curious. What don't you like about their software? Its seems simple but efficient to me.

Let's say you click on "pick pitcher/ buy points" and then you click on mlb. AFterwards you decide you want "bet the board" so you can also look at football lines, or basketball lines, you have to basically log out and log back in. It's simply a lot easier at other books to go back to the first page and decide what lines to look at. But most importantly, depending on the size of your bet and whether they have profiled you yet, after you submit yuour bet, the screen goes blank. For a first time user, it would appear that you've lost connection or something. It could take anywhere from 5 to 15 seconds before you get a confirmation. Sometimes even longer. And sometimes they will simply change the lines on you. The more you win, the more aggravating you will find placing wagers. In fairness you could have the same problem at royal and rio. The difference is whne you contrast that feature to the greek, where you get a minute to confrim your wager., and rarely if ever hear complaints about line changes, it's suprising that spiro is behind both books. Whats alos interesting is that I'm not aware of any timeout feature at the greek, while there is a timeout feature at betjm. So certianly there are a lot of pluses to web design over thegreek. There are a lot of negatives.
Personally I try to stay away from books like royal, rio and betjm. If they are agfraid of having soft lines, they should hire a new lineman, they shouldn't make thier players wait to recieve a bet confirmation. If you do play there, be very careful about placing wager minutes before gametime. you could easily get screwed
