I know this has been asked before, but I want to know an updated version. What is the best software around.....and which version is the best..ex: which sportsbook hs the best setup.

I'll start...I personally like pinnacle, maybe becasue I use it so much.

If you were to open a book which software would you use?

I don't know what it's called but they just switched over to it a week or two ago. It's really nice.

I was about to ask this same thing, from the standpoint of compaanies that offer software to sportsbooks, not currently functional books. I know that there are numerous options out there for that sort of thing; if I were to start a sportsbook tomorrow what would be the best software to run for it?

Easy.

VIP Sports.

Cleanest, easiest to read site I have seen. Not sure how their lines compare.

Strange that nobody ever mentions this then...
