First of all hydrate mainly because what is causing your discomfort is dehydration caused by drinking to much alcohol.

its not going to help at this point but next time drink water while you are drinking booze, it might look gay.......but it will prevent these sort of reactions afterwards

Sure they will help a hangover but they don't exactly grow on trees especially in the US where you can only get them with a prescription or take your chances on the street with a drug dealer. Even here is Costa Rica you need a script to buy any in a pharmacy. Also if you are not used to them be careful as they can get you pretty stoned, so give someone your keys until you are straight again. 2 half milligram tablets will do the trick for a non-user.

Decreased libido, drowsiness, fatigue, impaired coordination, memory impairment, speech difficulties, weight changes. The drug can be addictive but if only used on rare occasions in your own home where you can rest that should not be a problem. Don't ever use Xanax behind the wheel or even walking in the street is my advice.

As noted above, dehydration is the primary culprit as is a severe loss of Vitamin B due to the high sugar content in most alcohol.
Replacing the Bs with fruit and/or a good supplement pill while banging back about a half gallon of water should do the trick, especially if you've been drinking the water during the course of your alcohol use.
Pain pills (tylenol.advil etc) are useful if you've gone too far without hydrating since a component of dehydration is sore muscles, especially around the neck and shoulders.
