I've never seen a sports betting computer program that's worth anything.
Databases like Sportsdatabase probably help, but only if you really know what you're doing. They tend to be better at NFL picks, they don't seem to offer deep data on CFB.
There's buying picks at various tout sites. Most sites seem to have a few decent cappers and a lot of dreck. Saw a guy list his $1400 of WagerBuxx for sale at only $300 a couple of days ago on eBay.
Probably the best way is to follow a few good savvy strategies, weed out low-morale teams completely, and make your own picks. But I don't expect anyone here to give such secrets away.
