best teasers?

As I am beginning to follow the bets from NyReb and others I am getting interested in teaser rules.
Will someone help me out here and tell me the best bookmakers for teasers?

majbrit - I have found that for the NBA almost all books offer 2 team 4.5 -110, 5 -120, and 5.5 -130 point teasers. A lot of books have specials for football, but in basketball teasers are not nearly as popular. I have'nt seen or been able to find any reduced juice specials. Perhaps some of the posters know where you might find better odds than those mentioned above.

The same books that had good teaser odds in Football should have the same odds for basketball. I used ABC Islands for my football teasers because of their great odds and rules, and when I make an occasional basketball teaser I use them as well.

I did a search and found ABC Islands offers the following for hoops:

Basketball 4 points 4½ points 5 points 5½ points 6 points
2 teams 105/100 107/100 110/100 130/100 150/100
Any selection that loses makes the whole Teaser a loss.

-In regular teasers, any tie is treated like WIN.

Pinnacle is great for NBA teasers. You get 4.5 5 5.5 instead of the standard 4 4.5 & 5 points, but the real bargain is on totals where you get a full 2 points more at 6.5 7 & 7.5. Also on special teasers, a tie is considered no action instead of a loss like most books......

Maj....there are NO good places for a teaser, because it's a SUCKER bet!

You can tell a lot of people do not understand how teasers work or the value of points in the NBA.

Lets take the case of a 6 point -150 2 team teaser.
At -150 you have to hit 77.46% to just break even.
If you can buy the DOG +10 at -105 then that only needs 51.22% to break even.
Getting the dog at +16 will not add 26% to your winrate.
NFL teasers can be worthwhile because of key numbers but NBA teasers are not unless the book offers you much better odds.
Most people who play these bets have no idea of the math behind them which is just the way the sportsbooks like it.

For virtually every sport, I have found MILLENIUM to have the BEST TEASER ODDS!!!

In Hoops for example, instead of the customary 2 team 4 1/2 point TEASER, it's a full 5 points and TIES are ties...

Also, MILLENIUM offers a 3 team 8 point Monster teaser, where ties are also counted as a tie and not a loss...

Both are 11-10, too!

Shrink one time I played at Millenium, I won some money and it took two weeks for them to pay me. I would recommend caution with this book.

2 WEEKS is REALLY not out of the ordinary as this can happen once in awhile...

Their main guy was once detained in the US, so that may have been when it happened...

Every time I have requested a payout from Millenium, I have received the money QUICKLY....

They have DEEP POCKETS, too...

Shrink, no disrespect since this is your house, but just because the main guy at a book gets himself in hot water, that doesn't put the brakes on the rest of the operation. Everytime a book does a payout or pays the light bill, we don't wait while he digs around in his pocket. 2 weeks is 2 long. They are a decent book and been around, but I have to agree with Slurpee.

The best basketball teasers by far is Millennium. 6 pt two teamers at - 115. They have got their act together these days and having no problem with fast payouts.

Shrink, I too was going to mention Millenium as being one of the best for teasers, but when I played there before, special/sweetheart teasers were a loss if one of the teams pushed. I guess they must have changed that rule........which is what most books should do......
