AJ's (Hard Rock Hotel) and Del Monico (Venetian) are the absolute best in my opinion........I love a great steak.....

I would not reccomend Gallaghers though.....not bad....but just not my style....

Maybe not THE BEST, but the most underrated and a place you would never think of.............

The steakhouse at ARIZONA CHARLIES EAST

For the best, McCormick & Schmidt on the strip.

My personal favorite is a place that most people dont even know exists. I dont think you will be disappointed if you get yourself some reservations and eat at the Circus Circus Steakhouse. I eat there everytime I am in Vegas and have never had a bad steak.

Delmonico & Aj's Are Very Good. Mortons Sucks. Ruths Chris Is Still A Place To Great Steaks Although There Is Probably One Or Two In Your Hometown.

No body is better than Ruth's Chris. Morton's is excellent and Lawry's is a great prime rib

But Ruth's Chris will get my money on most every visit.

I agree with M&S on the strip next to MGM.

If you want the best value on a steak, it's hard to beat the complete steak dinner at Ellis Island for $4.95 which includes bread, soup or salad, baked potato, vegetable and a 10-oz sirloin that is very good.

You probably want the best though, but just making you aware of possibly the best deal in town.

Any opinion either way on Ruth's Chris Krackman? That place is just delicious to me.

Not really a "steak house", but my favorite restaurant in LV is Samba in the Mirage. It is a must try. Kind of a south american cuisine.

They use to have T-Bone tuesdays downtown somewhere. I think it may have been mainstreet station. Good value, but not the best quality obviously.

As Krackman suggested, THE PALMS is very very good.

As well as CIRCUS CIRCUS which was mentioned.

I still like my first two choices though.

Not even a close chose ... Michaels at the Barbary Coast is by far the best IMO

HTRC you are a wiseass

BP- If I had to pick one it would be The Palm at the forum shops. But they are everywhere so if you want one that is great and unique to Las Vegas then Prime at The Bellagio is my pick.

The Steakhouse at Circus Circus is also fantastic. Maitre de/Manager is Ronny and he will take care of you.

Brock, Ruth Chris is another great one!

Michaels is always voted one of the top places in the city.

I will be in Vegas in a few weeks and will have to try it and Charlie Palmers because I have been everywhere else on the list except them.

Just having a little fun Krack... and BTW... nice showing at the WSOP. The size of the field was huge this year (no pun intended)
