Both books give you lots of flexibility when it comes to parlays.
But Pinnacle doesn't always "open" the parlays right away. For example, if you want to parlay MLB games, you usually have to wait until 11am-noon of that day.
With Olympic, you can almost always parlay any game as soon as they post a line.
