I know this falls more into the technical talk forum, but it doesn't get much action in there so I figured I would throw this in here. What is a user-friendly piece of software to use when building a website. Keep in mind I have no knowledge about website development.

Thanks guys

If you have no knowledge then Microsoft Frontpage is good. You can also use Macromedia DreamWeaver but that's for people who are a little more advanced.

I dont think frontpage is good. Many of the features will not work in netscape and other browsers

Thanks guys. I have frontpage so maybe I'll fiddle around with that. Is that what SBR uses buzz?

It was really a joke peteep. If you are serious about website development then I would say go straight to Dreamweaver. It's 10x harder to learn but it's easily 1000x better.

If you just want to do basic websites and don't aspire beyond that then FP is perfect.

SBR use to be FP and plenty made fun of it. It's now all database driven with Dreamweaver as the design /editor software.
