The Four Seasons in Georgetown has a lot of "Cougars"....I'm sure they are all mothers as well...but more in their late 30's and 40's (I'm 41, so not really a cougar to me though...).

My previous employeer had a satellite office in Scottsdale and there was a whole/natural foods store close by. Stopped in there a few times for a couple items and holy shit, great looking ladies. Phoenix as a whole was pretty amazing too as women in general

East Valley only my man. Pickin's get slimmer the farther west you go.

1. Just got back from Virginia Beach, and all I saw was bikinis. But, there are no females there between the ages of 19 and 30.
The only females there are older teenagers there with their parents, or younger MILFs there with their kids. Happy hunting.

2. The grocery store anywhere at 6 pm on a monday night: yoga pants and workout clothes for the max.

Here are a couple at the Scottsdale Silicone mall. I got caught by the security guard who told me I couldn't take pictures. Next time I'll be more discreet.

I second the thoughts regarding Scottsdale. I would also stick to Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert rather than going as far east as Mesa.

Another great spot, get a seat to view any women's restroom entrance at the Dallas airport.
